How is your atta different from supermarket brands?

Most packaged atta is roller-milled, which strips away bran and germ, removing fibre and nutrients. Ours is stone-ground (chakki) from 100% whole wheat — retaining everything that makes real wheat nutritious and flavourful, resulting in noticeably softer, tastier rotis.
